32 and 40 MLD are theoretical membrane-system capacities derived from Pall's later 8-MLD/rack design basis, not demonstrated plant capacity. April 2026 data shows racks operating materially below that flux. Confirm common-system ratings (feed pumps, feed strainers, RF pumps/tank, compressed air, CIP, clearwell hydraulics, discharge piping) before using 32/40 MLD in any capacity, hydraulic guarantee, or expansion study.
